He attempts to use the Scream Extractor to painfully drain the screams out of children as he tortures them, which is implied that it could possibly suffocate them to death, which isn't that far off seeing what it did to Fungus, whose skin turned pale after being nearly suffocated by the Scream Extractor, which helps in making the effects more clear. He painfully twists Mike's arms to use them as clock hands, while telling him how much time he has to get Boo back to her door. He is an awful boss to his assistant Fungus, constantly ordering him around and showing him no respect whatsoever. However, this does not make him mischievous as eventually, he would commit serious heinous crimes, making him far and outweighed from qualifying. One can argue that Randall may have done this to get back at Mike for ridiculing him at a previous party when Mike accidentally shoved Randall's face in the cupcakes he had baked for the guests while trying to recover his hat from Archie the Scare Pig and for ignoring him during the final exam class when he recommended him to go away from Sulley to not get in trouble. Despite Mike Wazowski having been his friend and roommate, he had no problem in humiliating him, along with the rest of his team.
